SHIPPING POLICIES

Every product is handmade and packaged with care to ensure a safe arrival.  We ship USPS Priority mail and provide tracking numbers.  Please contact us immediately if your piece arrives damaged, and we will be more than happy to replace the item.  You will need to send us photographs of the broken piece in the original packaging.  Every piece of pottery made to order and will be shipped within 4-6 weeks of purchase unless otherwise noted.  Payment must be received before the items will be shipped. RETURN / EXCHANGES

We hope you love your new ceramics! All sales are final. If you are unhappy with your order, please send us a message and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. Keep in mind that each piece is handcrafted and will have slight differences in color and form from the photos in the online shop.  These differences are part of the appeal and charm of handmade products.  Please examine your ceramics when you receive your order and let us know about any damages ASAP.  We will replace lost or damaged orders.  Our hope is that you receive a piece that you can enjoy and use for a lifetime!
