Every product is handmade and packaged with care to ensure a safe arrival.  We ship USPS Priority mail and provide tracking numbers.  Please contact us immediately if your piece arrives damaged, and we will be more than happy to replace the item.  You will need to send us photographs of the broken piece in the original packaging.  Every piece of pottery made to order will be shipped within 4-6 weeks of purchase unless otherwise noted.  Payment must be received before the items will be shipped. For all orders outside the United States, we ship with care through USPS International. International shipping is billed after the fact based on dimensions, value, weight and destination. If you'd like a shipping quote in advance, please send an email to handmadestudiotn@gmail.com with the details of your intended order, or use the contact form. Otherwise we'll contact you once your order has been received.

We adhere to all customs requirements and cannot mark the package as a gift or falsify the value. Any taxes/duties/customs fees charged by your country are strictly your responsibility.
