Yes! Select local pickup at checkout for FREE pickup from our Nashville studio (100 Taylor St Studio A23 Nashville TN 37208). We are available M-F 8am-5pm and Saturdays 8:30am-4:30pm for pickups, but please shoot us a quick email to let us know when to expect you!

"In Stock" orders ship within days, while our Dinnerware and Serving Pieces are handmade-to-order and take approximately 2-6 weeks. Please see product descriptions for specific shipping details.

No worries! We hold local pickup orders for 6 months. After that, your piece(s) will be donated. Or shoot us an email at info@handmadestudiotn.com and we can ship them to you instead!
Pottery
Certainly! Keep in mind that each piece is handcrafted and will have slight differences that are part of the appeal and charm of handmade products.
Hand washing is recommended & do not use in the microwave. Please handle gold luster pieces delicately as you would fine china. A topical layer of genuine gold will ware over time. To reduce wear over time, you can stack gold rimmed dinnerware with a layer of cloth or paper in between each piece.
Yes! We design our dinnerware with your every day use in mind! Functional ceramics are food, dishwasher and microwave safe. However, pieces with gold luster should be hand washed and not used in the microwave.
Stains on unglazed clay may be removed with baking soda, water and a gentle scrub.

Definitely! All tableware is finished in lead free, non-toxic glazes that are safe for food.
We recommend using an epoxy glue for repairs if your piece has a clean break. This type of glue has a very strong bond. After repairing with epoxy, be sure to hand wash only and do not put your piece in the microwave.
Unfortunately, we are not able to repair broken pieces, but we recommend using epoxy glue.

We ship all products with care through USPS Priority. Click here for more information on shipping policies.
All "Ready to Ship" products will be packed and ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow 2-6 weeks for shipping for pieces under the other shopping tabs. To request a rush order, please fill out a contact sheet by clicking here.
Yes! We ship with care through USPS International. International shipping is billed after the fact based on dimensions, value, weight and destination. If you'd like a shipping quote in advance, please send an email to handmadestudiotn@gmail.com with the details of your intended order, or use the contact form. Otherwise we'll contact you once your order has been received. Any taxes/duties/customs fees charged by your country are strictly your responsibility.
