We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team! This multifaceted role involves managing private event bookings, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring the smooth operation of our events and internal calendar.

• Private Event Coordination: Manage inquiries, bookings, and logistics for private events, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
• Marketing Campaigns: Design and send engaging marketing emails, plan collection and ticket drops, and develop promotional content to drive sales and attendance.
• Social Media: Create engaging content that follows our launches/drops, promotes audience growth and brand awareness.
• Calendar Management: Keep our team calendar organized and up-to-date, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling across all activities.
• Event Presence: Attend and support most events to ensure everything runs smoothly and represent our brand professionally.
• Design & Technical Skills: Utilize Shopify for product and event listings, Canva for creative design, and Google Sheets/Docs for tracking and reporting.
